Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for Coaching Services

Effective: October 2025

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between Dunja Hahn (“Coach”) and the client (“Client”) for all coaching services provided by the Coach. Any conflicting terms from the Client are not recognized unless the Coach explicitly agrees in writing.

2. Subject of the Contract
Coaching is a voluntary, solution-oriented process that supports the Client in achieving personal and professional goals. The Coach provides expertise, guidance, and methods; the success of coaching depends largely on the Client’s active participation. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Coaching is not psychotherapy and cannot replace it.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the Client confirms a coaching offer in writing (e.g., by email) or schedules a paid coaching session. Preliminary discussions are, unless otherwise agreed, non-binding and free of charge.

4. Services Provided by the Coach
The Coach offers individual coaching sessions, either in person or online (video call). The type, scope, and duration of services are agreed individually between the Coach and Client.

5. Client Obligations
The Client must provide all information relevant to the coaching process truthfully and completely. The Client actively participates in the process and is responsible for implementing agreed steps and integrating insights into their daily life.

6. Appointments and Cancellations
Scheduled appointments are binding.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 business days in advance.
-
If the Client cancels later or does not attend, the full agreed fee is due.
-
If the Coach cancels (e.g., due to illness), a replacement appointment will be offered.
7. Fees and Payment Terms
-
Coaching fees are agreed individually.
-
Payment is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
-
All fees are quoted in CHF.

8. Confidentiality
The Coach commits to keeping all Client information strictly confidential. This obligation continues beyond the end of the coaching relationship. Exceptions apply only if required by law or if the Client releases the Coach from confidentiality.

9. Liability
Participation in coaching is at the Client’s own risk. The Coach is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent actions. Liability for minor negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded.

10. Copyright
All materials created by the Coach (e.g., handouts, worksheets) are protected by copyright. The Client receives a non-exclusive, personal-use license. Reproduction, distribution, or public use without the Coach’s written consent is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Switzerland.

12. Severability
If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that best reflects the economic intent of the original.
